We are satisfied with the quality of construction. The service provided by sales, construction & customer relations team is excellent. Our complaints were heard and rectified in a timely manner. The only problem we faced is with the marble replacement. The laying of marble was not done properly as cracks were present in them. When we asked to replace cracked ones, they were not done to our satisfaction. It is giving an ugly and unfinished look. Apart from this one, the rest of the services provided by your team is quite satisfactory special thanks to Mr.Rajkumar, Mr.Suresh and Mr.Krishna Prasad for listening & rectifying our complaints.\"

On top of it the curtecious team of sales and operations are friendly and informative with having clarity on the queries raised. Infact to be frank, we bought this home as we buy a television or a car. Least effort for official procedure, thanks to the CR, team of Modi Properties. The place is out of city but easily connected at the same time after work we get relaxed as soon as we enter the campus, thanks to the facilities built in for all the good feel & refreshing. In this serene environment, getting all the amenities are like pampering yourself. The design of villa is also good and the builder officials were very helpful when we customized a few things inside the villa lot of my friends who come from Europe and other developed countries, find themselves at home. It is peaceful, beautiful, and exclusive on its own, we love the place. Modi's staffs, both civil & commercial are cordial and helpful. After me, my son, liking the environment and facilities purchased one more villa for him and started living in it, though he has to travel 100 kms to & fro every day. Real value for property in terms of quality, material and workmanship, all at an affordable price closer to the city but away from busting crowd. I would recommend Silver Oak Bungalows for those who love privacy in the midst of lovely and quite neighborhood and scenic beauty along the lake front. Natures delight at its best.

As owner of Silver Oak Bungalows, I really appreciate the overall planning and design of this gated Community. This is probably the best gated communited in eastern part of Hyderabad. The Silver Oak Avenue plantation provides perfect green cover and lush landscape. This project is developed by Modi Properties and Investments and stands right up in terms of amenities and infrastructure. Nice residential environment for family and I recommend these affordable and value for money homes for living.
