1. A calendar / draft chart on the post booking civil work stages- schedule to the customer would help us to avoid confusion on dates for possession.


2. The quality and the procedure supervision / monitoring of the labours at site, especially after completion of floor tiles need to be enhanced, which could prevent damages / duplication of work.

Staying since 2yrs in Mayflower Heights in rented premises. I liked the project very munch & decided to purchase one. Head office staff was co-operative though hard sometimes. But I have no issues with them. Site supervisor Mr Purshotham was not responsive at times & I got irritated and felt that my decision of purchasing the flat was a big mistake. But Mr Ramesh site engineer had sorted out the issue, over all my experience of purchasing the documentation was satisfactory except the experience I had with site supervisor.\"
