I liked the construction and impressed by the way the marketing team i.e, Mr. Kishore shown the care and booked flat B – 101 on 12/1/2016 and registered the flat on 4/2/2016. I visited Head office on 1/2/2016 Mr. Rambabu and his team are very cautious to the clients and attended very well. I have confidence that they will take care of all my requirement. I can say excellent about the service and attendance.

It has been an overwhelming experience to take a flat in Vista Homes. All the engineers and staff have been very co-operative. Coming to my experience with the ambience, over all flat interiors, paint and other things I am completely happy with it and hoping this bond will continue throughout.

Since I have not received and experienced the amenities provided, I am unable to comment. Overall the quality of construction and quality of staff is good.


Actually it is near to our office and being reputed builder in Gated Community Venture, we opted for this site and good co-operation from all departments till now. Accounts department that call us time to time not only for payment but also give details of site and also during site visit your person helps me for seeing the site. Please arrange one get together of all Modi Properties &amp; Investments customers. Just an advice. The construction of Vista Homes is as per the schedule. The quality of the apartment is good. The security maintained at the gate is good. The proposed garden which is there in front of A & I block looks good after completion. The engineers at the site are very cooperative to take necessary complaints.
