| At the time a custmer books an apartment either through the website or through our office, a Booking Form clearly stating prices, payment terms, date of delivery and other terms and conditions along with receipt of payments made will be given to the customer. Within 30 days of booking and upon payment of the margin money an agreement of sale will be executed clearly stating the obligations and responsibilities of the builder and the buyer. For the customers availing a housing loan a sale deed will have to be executed in their favour and at the time an agreement for construction will also be executed which covers the balance cost not mentioned in the sale deed. The Booking Form, the Sale Agreement the Sale Deed and agreement for construction will constitute and form part and parcel of the agreements / deeds that will ensure perfect title for your apartment.
